Draft — under legal review

This is a draft published before launch. It may change after review by our lawyer; the final version will carry its own date.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of wallets.page, operated by Artsiom Khamiakou (JDG) (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use wallets.page.
1. What wallets.page is
wallets.page is subscription software that lets creators, freelancers and independent projects publish a page with their own wallet addresses and payment details. Page owners can prove that they control each wallet address by signing a message with that wallet, and payers can check that proof before they send money from their own wallet or bank.
wallets.page is not a payment service. We never receive, hold, move, convert or process anyone’s funds. Every payment goes directly from the payer to the page owner, outside our systems, using the payer’s own wallet, bank or payment app. We are not a party to any payment between a payer and a page owner.
2. No guarantees about payments
- We do not guarantee that a payment reaches its recipient, that it arrives on time or in full, or that a page owner delivers anything in return.
- Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Payers are responsible for choosing the right asset and network and for checking the address before they send.
- We cannot reverse, refund or recover payments made to an address shown on a page.
3. What “Verified” means
“Verified” next to an address means only that the page owner signed a message with the wallet that controls that address. We do not verify the identity of page owners, and a verified address is not an endorsement of the page owner or of what they offer. Bank details and payment links cannot be verified by a wallet signature and are shown as entered by the page owner.
4. No financial or investment advice
Nothing on wallets.page is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Exchange rates shown on pages are indicative only.
5. Your account and your page
- You are responsible for the content of your page, for keeping your addresses and payment details correct and for the security of your account and your wallets.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You may publish only addresses and payment details that belong to you.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use wallets.page to:
- run scams, fraudulent or “investment” schemes, or promise returns on money sent to you;
- impersonate another person, brand, media outlet or organisation;
- accept payments for, or on behalf of, people or organisations on EU or US (OFAC) sanctions lists, or finance armed groups or terrorism;
- offer illegal goods or services, or publish illegal content of any kind;
- publish any content that sexually exploits children;
- offer gambling, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may hide pages, remove content or close accounts that break these rules, and we screen page names and links against EU and OFAC sanctions lists. Anyone can report a page; we review reports and keep a record of our decisions. You can appeal a decision by replying to our email.
7. Pro subscription
Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds features to your page. Paid plans open at launch. Pro is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoices and sales tax, and its own buyer terms apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
We provide wallets.page “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for payments sent to a page owner, for losses caused by incorrect details entered by a page owner or by a compromised wallet, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; we will announce material changes by email or on the site before they take effect. You can stop using wallets.page and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland and applicable European Union law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts in Poland, unless the law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
