Refund Policy

This policy covers wallets.page Pro subscriptions. Paid plans are not on sale yet; it applies from the day they open. It does not cover payments that payers send to page owners: those go directly from payer to page owner, wallets.page never receives them and cannot refund them.

1. Who bills you

Pro is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax, and it processes refunds on our behalf. Your receipt from Paddle includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a new Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and you get a full refund. The same applies to the first payment of a yearly plan and of the founder deal.

3. Other refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, a renewal you cancelled in time, or a double charge), we refund it in full.
• If Pro did not work as described and we could not fix it, we refund the affected period.
• Outside these cases, partial periods are not refunded.

4. Founder deal

The founder deal costs €49 for the first year of Pro and is offered to the first 100 authors. It renews at the regular yearly Pro price unless you cancel before the renewal date. The 14-day withdrawal right applies to it like any other purchase.

5. How to ask for a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or email info@wallets.page from the address on your account with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
